Intended Uses and ApplicationsTrucks and Buses
As with passenger cars, demand is growing for more fuel-efficient trucks and buses to reduce CO2 emissions. While these vehicles support logistics infrastructure and public mobility, there is an urgent need to make their exterior components, such as wind deflectors and spoilers, lighter in weight. PDCP is lightweight and exhibits excellent well-balanced properties. Additionally, it can be applied to assembly parts. Highly flexible in terms of design, TELENE®1600/1700 series will continue being used in the production of lighter components. As for PDCP, it has been gaining attention for bus-related applications because it allows for more sophisticated design patterns and is heat resistant.
Example Application OneWind Deflectors
